Solutions

Built for the principal contractor who answers for the whole site.

The same system on every plan. What changes is how many of your people sign in and how many teams run projects. Subcontractors and workers are never charged.

01

Small builder

For the builder who is also the site manager and the safety officer, running one or two jobs with nobody spare to run software.

  • Tickets and White Cards checked at sign-in
  • SWMS from your subbies, reviewed on your phone
  • Incidents and near misses reported on the spot

  • Up to four teams, each running its own projects
  • Subcontractor prequalification with insurance alerts
  • Permits to work, inspections and ITPs
  • One-click audit pack export
03

Safety

01

SWMS

SWMS that are read, approved and current on site.

Subcontractors submit each SWMS against the project and the high risk construction work it covers. The site manager approves it or sends it back with a reason, and the approved version is the one workers sign onto.

  • Tagged to the 18 categories of high risk construction work
  • Approve, reject or send back, with the reason kept
  • Workers sign on before the work starts

Subcontractors

Prequalified before they are on site, not after.

Each subcontractor keeps their own ABN, trade, insurances and workers up to date through a free account. You see who is current, and who is not, before you book them.

  • Public liability, workers compensation and contract works
  • Certificate of currency expiry alerts
  • Subcontractors and their workers are never charged

Who is involved

Five access levels for your people. Free accounts for everyone else.

Your own staff take a seat. Subcontractors, their workers and visitors sign in to your sites free, and see only what is theirs.

  1. Owner

One per company. The only level that can close it, transfer ownership or change billing.

  2. Admin

Runs WHS across the company: every project, subcontractor, policy and report.

  3. Team Lead

A project or site manager. Approves SWMS, issues permits and closes out incidents for their team's projects.

  4. Team Member

A supervisor or leading hand. Runs prestarts, inspections and toolbox talks, and reports incidents.

  5. Auditor

An external, read-only, time-boxed grant for a certifier or client. Sees everything and changes nothing.

Find the gaps before an inspector does.

Thirty minutes, your projects, your subcontractors. Bring one SWMS and one subbie and we will set them up live.
