WHS and IMS software for Australian builders
Every worker on site, inducted and ticketed.
WHSComply is the integrated management system for builders and principal contractors: site sign-in, subcontractors, SWMS, permits and incidents on one file per project. It flags the expiring ticket before the worker reaches the gate.

The problem
Site safety fails in the gaps between the clipboard, the inbox and the shared drive.
Each one holds a piece. Nobody holds the whole project, so the missing SWMS is found by the inspector instead of by you.
Model WHS Regulations: a principal contractor on a construction project of A$250,000 or more must prepare a WHS management plan and take all reasonable steps to get a SWMS before high risk construction work starts.

Where it goes wrong
Six places a project loses the paperwork.
Each one has a fix that does not depend on someone remembering.
- 01
Sign-in is a clipboard at the gate that nobody can read after it rains.
With WHSComplyWorkers and visitors scan a QR code at the gate, so the on-site list is current when you need a head count.
- 02
A subcontractor's insurance lapsed months ago and nobody noticed.
With WHSComplyCertificates of currency sit on the subcontractor's file with their expiry dates, and a lapse is flagged before they are on site.
- 03
The SWMS is a PDF in an inbox that nobody has read.
With WHSComplySubcontractors submit it against the project, the site manager approves it or sends it back, and only the approved version is current.
- 04
The crane operator arrives with a licence that expired last month.
With WHSComplyTickets and licences are checked against the worker at sign-in, with alerts at 90, 60, 30 and 7 days.
- 05
An incident is written up a week later, if it is written up at all.
With WHSComplyIt is reported from a phone on site, and anything notifiable is flagged so the regulator is told straight away.
- 06
A client prequal or an audit means a week of digging through folders.
With WHSComplyEvery change is logged with its previous value, and the audit pack is an export.
How it works
Three steps from site establishment to audit pack.
- Step 1
Set up
Add the project, invite your subcontractors and print the QR code for the gate. Subbies load their own insurances, workers and tickets.
- Step 2
Build
Inductions, SWMS, permits, prestarts and inspections are done on the phone as the work happens, and anything overdue is flagged.
- Step 3
Prove
Export the audit pack for the project and period an auditor or client names, or give them read-only access.
Audit ready
The inspector walks on site. The records are already there.
Every change leaves an entry: who, what, when and the previous value. Safety records are never hard-deleted, and the audit pack follows the structure of ISO 45001, 9001 and 14001.
