About WHSComply
Safety paperwork should not slow down a pour.
Site managers spend hours chasing paperwork that software should be chasing. WHSComply exists to make the safe way the easy way.
Why we built it
The project is the file.
On most sites the safety system is a sign-in sheet at the gate, a folder of SWMS in the site shed, a spreadsheet of subcontractor insurances and an inbox full of tickets. Each holds a piece, and none of them talk to each other.
WHSComply puts the project first. Subcontractors, workers, SWMS, permits, incidents and inspections attach to it, so the records fall out of the work instead of being rebuilt the week before an audit.
It is an integrated management system: work health and safety, quality and environment in one place, set out so the records line up with ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Powered by Briesa
WHSComply runs on Briesa, an Australian business platform.
Briesa is the platform underneath WHSComply. It holds the accounts, teams, documents, policy library and audit log, and every WHSComply workspace is a Briesa workspace.
That is why the same account signs you in, why plans and billing are handled by Briesa, and why nothing in WHSComply is a bolt-on. The safety records are the system of record, not a copy of one.
Briesa is owned in Australia, and your records are stored in Australia.
What Briesa brings
- The project is the file
- One record per site. Subcontractors, workers and every safety record attach to it, so the history outlives the build.
- A document vault
- SWMS, certificates of currency, tickets and permits, each against the project and person it belongs to.
- A policy library
- WHS, quality and environment policies, acknowledged by each person against the version they read.
- An audit log nothing escapes
- Every change records who, when and the previous value. Safety records are never hard-deleted.
- One core, shared
- Teams, access levels, documents and the audit log are shared by every module, on every plan.
Four things we will not compromise on
- 01
The record is sacred
Safety records are never hard-deleted, every change is audited, and history is not editable. If it happened on site, the file says so.
- 02
Australian law, state by state
Built on the model WHS Act and Regulations, with the state variations and Victoria's OHS Act 2004 tracked alongside, because a builder answers to the regulator where the site is.
- 03
Subbies never pay
Subcontractors, their workers and visitors sign in free. A builder should never lose a good subbie over a software fee.
- 04
Made for the site, not the office
Sign-in, prestarts, permits and incident reports work on a phone with gloves on, because that is where the work is.
Built for residential and commercial builders, civil contractors and the WHS managers who keep every worker on their sites safe and accounted for.
Find the gaps before an inspector does.
Thirty minutes, your projects, your subcontractors. Bring one SWMS and one subbie and we will set them up live.
